I got another round of drugs...
I have Shingles, which I haven't figured out if I got it while in South Korea or when I came back since it appeared last wednesday. I dont care, I have Shingles. (Adult Chicken Pox).
I forked out 229.34 for Valtrex.
FML.
Oh but I guess the funny part is that I did get some Vicodin.
You can't catch shingles. It's a product of having had Chicken Pox as a child. My best guess, as a medical professional of course, is that the travel put a lot of strain on your immune system and in the weakened state the shingles took hold. I'm very sorry, it's supposed to be miserable.
ReplyDeleteI reactivated it somehow... it's not painful but it's still active, now I have the possibility of walking pneumonia...lol... I can't win!
